What if...
I recently got an email from my aunt telling me that the subject of blogs had come up in conversation during which they remembered I had one. She advised me not to write anything that would put me at a disadvantage with future employers. "Don't put so much of your life out there"
This is sensible, and much appreciated, of course.
It has got me thinking about employability though. Or employment, in general. Ernie Hsiung of littleyellowdifferent worked for Yahoo! and got into his fair share of "trouble" for having a blog even though it was more entertaining than anything. My friend Hanna Alkaf has got into trouble and had to delete her blog because her editor found it. She got a new blog and bitched about it there.
My question is, do I want to work for someone who does not appreciate that I have thoughts and respect my form of expression? The answer is, very clearly, no.
Christopher Korzenietz does not think I am a freak. Well, actually, maybe he does. He has gone to Prague on a whim. My kinda guy.

You're spot on. If you've already stepped outside the drone box then you've shifted your options to enlightened employers.
In fact, screw employers. Be the best you can be as a freelance.
Come sue people who misuse my images :)

You're right. Someone wise once told me, seek out the like-minded. They, like you, will exist. And you know, I do enjoy Media Law. I am hoping for the best.
As for helping you sue people, lets cross that bridge when we get there (read: when and if I qualify/get good at this)
